Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other platforms).
• Plan and execute posts, handle FB Ads, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Edit and publish product and company photos/videos on social media channels.
• Address customer inquiries from various channels (hotline, social media) with accurate, helpful information.
• Escalate relevant issues to appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and improvements.
• Build customer relationships to support sales efforts and increase conversions.
• Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Display Marketing).
• Collect and analyze client feedback to make proactive adjustments to projects and campaigns.
• Support event and campaign organization for maximum brand impact.
• Develop compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with management to devise impactful marketing strategies based on customer behavior analysis.
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies with the Marketing Manager, focusing on customer behavior insights.
• Track customer interactions and feedback to enhance satisfaction and improve overall marketing efforts.
