Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
- Answering customers’ concerns and queries.
- Documenting sales and processing orders.
- Gathering feedback from customers.
- Conducting market research to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies.
- Representing an organisation at trade fairs and other business events
- Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文
- Candidates who have hardware or Building Materials sales experience will be added advantage.
- Ability to research possible business leads and product trends.
- Have strong skills in communication, negotiating and marketing.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Ipoh, KL
- Applicants who can start work with short notice will be added advantage
